VACANT STAGING
Vacant Staging services are for properties where the home seller has already moved out and the property is mostly or entirely empty. Did you know that when houses are empty, buyers notice the flaws instead of the flow and function of rooms? They are also less likely to make an emotional connection in an empty house. We will bring in carefully curated furnishings and decor that present your home in the best possible light and appeals to the most buyers possible. Please keep in mind that home size and location are a factor in the quoted price.
Investment starts at $1500: Sq footage of the property and number of rooms to be staged will determine the final quote.
OCCUPIED STAGING
Occupied Staging services are for homes where the home seller is still living at the property. Our focus in these cases is recommending steps for depersonalization and removal of excess items in each room, professionally rearranging your existing furniture pieces and décor, and/or suggesting paint colors and repairs. Additional décor from our inventory can be added for an additional cost, if needed. We can do as little or as much as you want! The consultation is from 1-2 hours.

Investment starts at $250: Consultation fee with verbal recommendations. $100 add on for detailed written report.
*We can also schedule a 15 minute no fee walk through. This will enable us to see your space and to provide a quote for staging services. This is not a consultation, no recommendations given.
CONSULTATION ONLY
This staging consultation is for those who may want to do the actual work themselves but would like to benefit from the expertise of a professional home stager. We will come to your property and identify specific action items that will enhance the property and help you prepare it for sale. This includes recommended furnishing arrangements, suggested areas of repair, paint colors, flooring, countertops, landscaping, and much more. Depending on the home’s square footage, the consultation is usually 1-3 hours. You will receive a typed, detailed report that includes action items discussed during consult. *We will also provide a quote to have the home professionally staged should you decide that DIY is not for you.
